TRAPP MicroBS® (TRAnslational Platform to Predict Microbiota-Based drugS) – is primarily people who improve scientific methods and implement new solutions so that the prediction of biotherapeutics developed by us, and their function, can be as accurate as possible and supported in detail with numbers, research and results. It is a computing platform based on bioinformatics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, neural networks, network ecology statistics, and many other predictive and computational methods.
Unlike commercially available platforms, we do not focus on one function but work on complexity by tracking unique features. We are looking for a needle in a haystack.
