Habilitated doctor of medical sciences, laboratory diagnostician, academic teacher and researcher, 2nd degree specialist in the field of medical microbiology. Head of the Department of Microbiology at the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Clinical Immunology of Developmental Age of the Children’s Teaching Hospital in Warsaw and assistant professor at the Department of Pharmaceutical Microbiology at the Medical University of Warsaw. Author and co-author of numerous scientific publications in the field of bacteriology, epidemiology, and infectious serology. Technical editor of “Postępy Mikrobiologii”, deputy chairman of the Warsaw branch of the Polish Society of Microbiologists.
