Adrian Górecki PhD

An environmental microbiologist and bioinformatician, a PhD graduate with honours of Faculty of Biology at University of Warsaw. He specializes in development of novel tools for monitoring of antimicrobial resistance in clinical and environmental samples. He is the co-developer of the LCPDb (http://lcpdb.ddlemb.com/). Leading author in articles published in prestigious journals as Water Research, ISME Journal or Journal of Hazardous Materials. He improved his skills in the area of molecular biology and environmental microbiology in Portugal and Germany. He was awarded with a EMBO short-term fellowship for scholarship in Portugal.
